Behavioral Medicine Psychologist

Provide evidence-based assessment, brief psychotherapy, and behavioral interventions for patients with complex medical and psychological needs. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care managers to integrate behavioral health into primary and specialty care. Conduct diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and outcome tracking. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, support patient self-management, and participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings.
