Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community-based locations, implementing evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Participate as an integral member of the clinical team, executing skill-building and care plans, and recording session data with electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families. Flexible part-time hours with a minimum 6-month commitment; opportunities for fellowship and internship hours and pathways to BCBA schooling programs. Prior RBT certification is required before working; training offered as needed.
