Job Summary
Lead Behavioral Interventionist (BI) Program across assigned branch offices in Kansas, overseeing BI staff and Family Coordinators, providing supervision, training, program planning, and QA oversight; manage referrals/waitlists, ensure timely assessments and renewals, coordinate PQI/QA processes, and collaborate with the Regional Director, COA/state contracts, and OHIs; require collaboration, leadership, and strong communication in a nonprofit child welfare setting; travel to surrounding counties for trainings and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, public administration, or a related human services field
- at least two years of supervisory experience in non-profit social service agencies
