Job Summary
Behavioral Interventionist provides 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences, implementing evidence-based positive behavior strategies developed with a BCBA, and collaborating with families and supervisors to track progress and ensure safety according to crisis protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree
- Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days of start date
- Ability to travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation
- Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience working with children (autism a plus)
