Job Summary
Conduct psychological assessments using standardized instruments and informal observations to evaluate consumer functioning. Develop behavioral treatment plans, monitoring protocols, and guidelines based on team reviews, while training staff on individual profiles and data collection methods. Monitor progress through formal data reviews and monthly IDT meetings, acting as the primary advocate for individuals with outside mental health providers. Obtain informed consent for consumer rights restrictions and psychiatric medications, and prepare consults for each appointment. Maintain regular contact with Medicaid and Psychology Services Coordinators for supervision and feedback, and attend required committee meetings and facility staff meetings. Adhere to confidentiality standards and HIPAA practices while contributing to the smooth operation of the facility.
Required Qualifications
- Masters in Psychology or related field
- One to Three, (1-3) years' experience working with the DD population
- Must be computer literate

- excellent verbal and written skills
