Job Summary

Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans to support clients in a structured day treatment setting. Monitor behaviors, apply approved deescalation strategies, and assist individuals with coping, social, and daily routines. Collect and document behavioral data, progress notes, and incident reports while maintaining a safe environment. Collaborate with clinicians, teachers, and the treatment team to promote emotional regulation and skill development. A Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, or education is required, or four years of relevant experience working with children or adolescents.

Required Qualifications
