Job Summary
Conduct psychological assessments using standardized instruments and informal observations to evaluate consumer functioning. Develop behavioral treatment plans, monitoring protocols, and guidelines based on team reviews, while training staff on individual profiles and data collection systems. Monitor progress through formal behavioral data reviews and monthly IDT meetings, preparing consults for outside psychiatric providers and medication recommendations. Obtain informed consent for consumer rights restrictions and present individual cases to the HRC committee. Maintain ongoing records, adhere to HIPAA standards, and coordinate with Medicaid and Psychology Services Coordinators regarding psychiatric and behavioral issues.
Required Qualifications
- Masters in Psychology or related field
- One to Three, (1-3) years' experience working with the DD population
- Must be computer literate
- detail-oriented
- excellent verbal and written skills
