Job Summary
Provide direct behavioral health support in a residential program for adults with complex behavioral needs. Responsibilities include guiding individuals through positive behavioral change, crisis prevention, building trust with residents, supporting independence and dignity, and fostering growth and healing. Required qualifications: 4 years of direct work with severe challenging behaviors OR Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field; crisis intervention certification; physical intervention experience; strong documentation abilities; valid driver's license with a clean record. Location-based roles anchored in Burnsville or Apple Valley, MN. Compensation is $21-$27/hour.
