Job Summary
Design and deliver workforce development programs and training sessions for residential staff at the Residential Center for Healing and Resilience (PRTF) in Idaho. Responsibilities include managing the Internship/ Practicum Program (interviewing, onboarding, supporting, and coordinating interns), training staff in engagement, safety, communication, and de-escalation, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team (clinical, nursing, residential leadership, and support staff), developing partnerships with community organizations and educational institutions, and tracking/trending training outcomes and program effectiveness based on participant feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree (or higher) in a human services field: social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Licensed as LMSW, LCSW, LMAFT, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, or PhD
- A valid Idaho driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire
- Be at least 25 years of age
- Strong background in therapeutic milieu management in residential or inpatient settings
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
