Job Summary
Behavioral Health Worker needed to provide behavior support in K-9, Autistic Support and Emotional Support classrooms at a school-based program in Monroeton, PA. Responsibilities include supporting individual behavioral plans and interventions, running daily social-emotional groups, delivering direct behavioral instruction, and modeling appropriate behavior for students. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Social Services and at least one year of experience working with children with behavioral challenges; prior Behavioral Health Worker experience is highly preferred. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:15am–3:30pm, in a W2 school-based role with benefits and opportunities for professional development and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Services
- experience working with children with behavioral challenges
- strong desire to work with children/youth with a behavioral health diagnosis
- one-year experience (minimum)
- RBT training completion preferred
