Behavioral Health Therapist

Assess patients and prepare individual Master Treatment Plans, performing mini-mental status exams and psychosocial assessments. Facilitate individual and group therapy while documenting all interactions in compliance with company, state, and federal guidelines. Contact any patient absent for three or more days to determine reasons for absence and return plans.
