Job Summary
Behavioral Health Therapist in a Primary Care setting participating in collaborative care with pediatric and young adult patients. Responsibilities include collaborating with medical professionals in a fast-paced environment, working with primary care staff and a team psychiatrist to deliver brief behavioral interventions, and using outcome-based models to track patient improvement. Requires a Master's degree in a behavioral health field, relevant licensure upon hire (LCSW/LPC/LMFT options), CPR/BLS within 6 months, and 2 years of relevant experience; sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field Required
- 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults Required
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required and Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required
- Substance Abuse Counselor Upon Hire Preferred or Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor Upon Hire Preferred
