Job Summary
Provide clinical behavioral health services and coordinate care for patients, families, and referral sources engaged with ProHealth Care on the Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit and Partial Hospitalization Program. Deliver substance use disorder treatment while facilitating family and group therapy. Maintain licensure or certification in training and complete Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training within six months. Work weekdays on the first or second shift with rotating weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Meets state of WI requirements for licensure/certification in accordance with their Master's degree for Advanced Practice Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor In Training or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Training
- Meets state of WI requirements for certification as a substance use counselor (SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC)
- Completion of Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training within (6) months of hire
- Master's degree with emphasis in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health science
- Graduate internship/field placement/practicum in a behavioral health setting
- Advanced training in family/ group therapy facilitation
- 1-2 years post-graduate experience in the field of mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment
- Weekdays, 1st or 2nd shift
- Rotating weekends
- Drug-free workplace
- Pre-employment substance abuse testing

- Regular participation in educational programs designed to increase professional competence and to inform of new developments, issues and approaches in behavioral health treatment
