Job Summary
Conduct clinical assessments and diagnoses, then deliver individual psychotherapy, addictions counseling, or family interventions. Manage caseloads for adults and youth with behavioral health and substance use diagnoses while creating treatment plans and coordinating staffing. Consult with team members to coordinate services. Requires a master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy with experience in addictions treatment. Preferred licensure includes Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist. Schedule includes 1st shift (8:30 AM–5:00 PM) and one evening shift (10:30 AM–7:00 PM). Salary is $24.01 with potential annual increases. Full-time benefits include health, dental, eye insurance, LTD, 401K, PTO, and paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or marriage and family therapy
- Experience in addictions treatment
