Provide psychosocial assessments and counseling for pediatric and adolescent patients via teletherapy in a distributed primary care telehealth model; maintain a caseload of 15-20 patients weekly; must hold NY LMHC licensure and NY Medicaid Provider Number; Master’s degree required; utilize evidence-based treatment modalities; perform biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning; maintain documentation; collaborate with patient, family, and care team; requires flexibility for part-time schedules (5 days 1-9 or 4 days with long shifts); remote role with NY licensing.
