Behavioral Health Therapist (LMHC) - Remote (NY License)

Behavioral Health Therapist (LMHC) for a remote teletherapy role serving New York–licensed patients. Part-time position (20 hours/week) with two scheduling options: 5 days, 1:00pm–9:00pm (M–F), or 4 ten-hour days (with some weekend hours available). Provides psychosocial assessments and counseling using evidence-based modalities for pediatric and adolescent patients, including individual, family, and group therapy. Maintains a caseload of 15–20 patients weekly (minimum of 5 daily), completes required documentation and treatment planning, and collaborates with patients, families, and the care team. Requires Master’s Degree in Social Work and NY licensure as an LMHC, plus NY Medicaid Provider Number. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and crisis intervention, plus excellent communication skills and cultural competence.
