Job Summary
Provide direct patient care including evaluations with diagnostic tools, crisis intervention, and basic case management for behavioral health needs. Deliver acute and chronic care per behavioral health principles; triage calls; assess depression, stress, and substance use; educate patients and families; maintain timely documentation and align with WRHS policies. Maintain productive workflow (6 hours billable on an 8-hour day) and coordinate with colleagues, physicians, and administration. Requires Master’s degree/licensure with license eligibility in Arkansas, and the ability to work in Batesville, AR on a part-time basis.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree/licensure required; independent practitioner including LCSW, LPC, PhD, or LPE-I
- Training and Experience: must be license eligible in the state of Arkansas
- Must have knowledge of HIPAA, Patient Rights, and appropriate conduct
- Must demonstrate ability to create and maintain a positive culture
- Must be able to report to work fit for duty and free of illegal substances
