Behavioral Health Therapist II, Primary Care at Darley Green

Behavioral Health Therapist II supports integrated behavioral health in ChristianaCare’s Darley Green Primary Care site by providing consultation, assessment, and outpatient psychotherapy. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, interpreting information, addressing age- and culturally-specific needs, delivering trauma-informed care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, developing group therapy activities, educating staff and patients, ensuring confidentiality, and contributing to program development and care transitions within an outpatient primary care population. The role involves a mix of consultation and psychotherapy, with four days onsite and one remote day per week (hybrid schedule).
