Behavioral Health Therapist I Inpatient Behavioral Health

Behavioral Health Therapist I (Inpatient Behavioral Health) provides a range of mental health and/or substance use disorder therapeutic interventions, psycho-educational programming, and behavioral interventions to help patients and families achieve individualized service plan goals. The role supports inpatient and community psychoeducational programs, facilitates groups for specified conditions, and collaborates under clinical supervision of an approved supervisor. The position is full-time, daytime with rotating weekends, at Inova Mount Vernon Hospital’s 50-bed unit, contributing to high-quality patient experience and care within a nationally recognized health system.
