Behavioral Health Therapist

The Program Therapist is responsible for leading daily activities within the milieu and acting as a clinical resource for programmatic interventions and the implementation of the Multi-disciplinary Treatment Plan. This role involves facilitating individual, group, and family therapy, coordinating the treatment planning process, providing therapeutic counseling, and managing discharge planning. The Program Therapist also ensures appropriate referrals and placement for patients.
