Behavioral Health Therapist

Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients aged 6 and up while assessing readiness, developing treatment plans using DSM-5 criteria, and documenting progress per agency guidelines. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, staff huddles, and case consults to collaborate on integrated mental health, medical, and dental care. Refer clients to appropriate internal and external resources as needed and engage in ongoing clinical training and supervision. Maintain compliance with all state and federal documentation standards. Work Monday through Friday with no weekend or holiday shifts required.
