Job Summary
Outpatient behavioral health services for clients with mental health concerns, including conducting assessments, diagnosing using DSM/ICD criteria, developing and reviewing comprehensive treatment plans, coordinating care with other providers and patients, maintaining detailed documentation, and delivering evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups. Requires active or licensure eligibility in Iowa as LMHC/LISW/LMFT, 1 year of relevant full-time experience, and typically a Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work; position supports a full-time schedule with standard clinic hours and a competitive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Active licensure or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Iowa as an LMHC, LISW or LMFT prior to employment
- One year of full-time work-related experience in agency and/or medical clinic service delivery (counseling, case management, outreach, prevention/education, etc.)
