Behavioral Health Therapist - Addiction Recovery Center

Provide individual, group, and family counseling to help patients and families achieve treatment goals, with emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy and evidence-based brief therapies. Facilitate regularly scheduled group therapy, involve families in treatment, and complete discharge planning alongside an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include documentation, assessments/admissions during low census, and coordinating care with psychiatrists and community providers. Must be capable of emergency intervention and working with dual-diagnosis patients, and able to perform duties of a counselor as needed.
