Job Summary
Deliver intense individualized mental health interventions and support services to children and adolescents with psychiatric diagnoses in community-based settings such as homes, schools, and camps. Implement specific treatment goals under the supervision of a Qualified Mental Health Professional while functioning as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team. Maintain and function to the best of their ability in the least restrictive setting. Requires a high school diploma, two years of behavioral health experience, or relevant certification, along with previous youth experience, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Offers a sign-on bonus with an expectation to bill 20-25 hours, flexible scheduling up to 40 hours per week, and hourly pay of $18.00.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet one of the following: High School Diploma or Equivalent and ability to completed 40+ hours of training
- Minimum of 2 years of experience of provision of behavioral health services
- Behavioral Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification from accredited organization
- Certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
- Previous experience working with youth/adolescence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance coverage
Desired Qualifications
- Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft 365
- Experience using an electronic health record system (EHR)
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking)
