The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) provides individualized mental health interventions and support services to children/adolescents with psychiatric diagnoses and their families in various community-based settings. The role requires participation in an interdisciplinary treatment team, implementing specific treatment goals, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and ability to complete 40+ hours of training
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience of provision of behavioral health services
  • Behavioral Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification from accredited organization
  • Certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance coverage

Desired Qualifications

  • Bilingual/Spanish Speaking is a plus
