Behavioral Health Technician - Willow Healing Center

Behavioral Health Technician at Meadows Behavioral Health provides basic patient care under nursing supervision with a focus on patient safety. Responsibilities include ongoing patient observation, responding to behavioral crises using approved interventions, assisting in implementing individualized care plans, reporting factors affecting treatment progress to the Charge Nurse/RN, assisting with admissions/discharges, conducting luggage/room searches as assigned, obtaining and reporting vital signs, providing 1:1 and Line of Sight monitoring, performing unit clerk duties (data collection, clerical, documentation), and maintaining confidentiality. Requires effective English communication, ability to multi-task, coordinate projects, and work both independently and with the treatment team. Education needed: High school diploma or GED; CPI, CPR/First Aid; valid driver’s license if state law requires; one year acute inpatient psychiatric care experience preferred.
