Job Summary
Monitor assigned patients, attend to immediate needs, assist with daily living tasks, de-escalate volatile situations, and enforce safety protocols while preventing self-harm attempts. Plan, lead, and evaluate recreation-oriented sessions designed to foster skill acquisition, symptom reduction, and relaxation techniques. Maintain orderly living spaces, accurately chart observations in electronic health records, and implement individualized treatment plans developed by licensed practitioners. Work alongside psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to optimize holistic care delivery, share frontline insights during regular meetings, and coordinate discharge planning for patients transitioning to independent living. Prioritize personal wellbeing through mindfulness and debriefings to sustain empathic engagement in demanding contexts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education
- Two (2) years responsible employment history
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to obtain a Class E driver's license if required

- Experience in Human Services or related field
