Job Summary
Behavioral Health Technician role in West Windsor, NJ (Outpatient facility in PHP/IOP) requiring High School Diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid certification, and successful pre-employment clearances. Provide client supervision and support to the clinical team, conduct urine analysis and medication observation, document in EMR (KIPU), complete intake and rounds every 30 minutes, facilitate groups, transport clients, and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and Overnight with weekend availability; full-time position with competitive benefits. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills needed to support recovery-oriented care.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Successful completion of Pre-Employment Requirements including a criminal background clearance, drug testing, and health screening
