Job Summary

Support nursing staff by maintaining safety and structure in the social environment while observing and recording patient information pertinent to treatment plans. Verbally and physically assist patients with everyday activities, document timely clinical information in medical records, and communicate significant behavioral observations to nursing staff. Facilitate educational-rehabilitative groups covering social skills, coping skills, and independent living, while engaging patients in activities designed to encourage achievement of treatment goals. Complete and maintain required documentation throughout the shift. This role offers above-market pay, weekly pay, 401k, PTO, and health insurance in a positive, fun working environment.
