Behavioral Health Technician Trainer - York Inpatient

Facilitate a stable milieu and smooth unit operations by collaborating with the Charge Nurse and Lead PA to ensure patient, visitor, and staff safety. Provide therapeutic interventions aligned with treatment plans and hospital policies, while teaching de-escalation and crisis management techniques to staff. Help prepare patients for discharge. This full-time, days role includes an 80-hour schedule over two weeks.
