Job Summary
Manage all daily residential operations including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medications. Train and support the Behavioral Health Technician team in all operations and responsibilities while escalating any concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician. Oversee client engagement and morale to maintain a warm and positive recovery environment, ensuring both client and team compliance with all Avenues rules, policies, and procedures. This part-time, second-shift role is available at Avenues Recovery Center, a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers offering evidence-based clinical curriculums across seven states.
Required Qualifications
- If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
- Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
