Entry-level ABA Therapist role providing one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings. Responsibilities include implementing skill-building and care plans under BCBA supervision, recording session data, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with families and supervisors. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to learn, patience and compassion, ability to stay calm in challenging situations, and completion of the 40-hour RBT course. Part-time positions with flexible afternoon/evening shifts; competitive pay ($20–$25/hour) and the opportunity to gain real-world experience in ABA with no prior experience needed.
