Job Summary
Behavioral Health Technician to support daily client needs, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team in a residential treatment setting for substance use recovery. Key responsibilities include Collaborative Care in treatment planning and team meetings, Client Support with daily living activities and education, Program Monitoring to ensure adherence to guidelines, Medication Oversight in coordination with nursing staff, Admissions Support with intake and safety checks, and Transportation support as required. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential; healthcare experience is valued, with CNA/Medical Assistant/Patient Care Tech/EMT backgrounds encouraged. This role is part-time, with a schedule of Friday-Sunday shifts, and requires 21+ years old and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years consistent work history
- Medical/clinical experience strongly preferred (CNA, Medical Assistant, Patient Care Tech, EMT, or similar backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply)
- License: Valid driver’s license
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old
- On-call shift coverage as needed
