Job Summary
Behavioral Health Technician for Bridging the Gap ReEntry program provides direct care services including intakes, assessments, and coordination of linkages into community services and connections to providers. Delivers health and wellness and recovery-oriented services; coordinates referrals and case management; maintains accurate records in required database platforms; collaborates with program staff, supervisors, clinicians, and external partners (probation officers, justice liaisons). Requires driving to support transportation for members and engaging with family and community supports. Strong communication, organization, and compassionate, professional demeanor required. Requires High School Diploma/GED and relevant behavioral health education or experience; valid Arizona driver’s license; Fingerprint Clearance (Level 1) within 7 working days; TB test. Proficiency with electronic health records and MS Office; 40 hours/week full-time; flexibility to meet needs of clients in home and community settings.
