Job Summary
Manage all daily residential operations including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medications. Train and support the BHT team in all operations and responsibilities while escalating any concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician. Oversee client engagement and morale to maintain a warm, positive recovery environment, ensuring compliance with all Avenues rules, policies, and procedures. This overnight shift (12am–8am) is part of a residential-style outpatient drug and alcohol rehab program affiliated with Sober Living New Hampshire, offering partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment services in a domestic setting with round-the-clock supervision.
Required Qualifications
- If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
- Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
