Job Summary

Behavioral Health Technician I supports clients on the treatment floor, facilitating exposure groups and other clinical interventions to promote safety and treatment fidelity. The role collaborates with the Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor to ensure high-quality care, maintain documentation accuracy, and adhere to policies and procedures. Responsibilities include actively engaging clients, facilitating groups, monitoring daily activities, supporting patients through interventions, and contributing to a positive, professional environment aligned with OCD Anxiety Centers values. The position requires some evening hours and in-person work Monday through Friday, with a focus on client engagement, crisis de-escalation, and teamwork to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Some college or experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency with EMR and clinical documentation
  • Ability to facilitate Exposure Groups and OCD/anxiety-focused interventions
  • Punctual and reliable attendance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team collaboration and willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
  • Proficient with computers (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) and data entry
