Job Summary
Assist clients with daily living activities and personal hygiene, plan and lead therapeutic recreation activities, and obtain and document vital signs. Monitor patient behaviors, promptly reporting changes to medical staff, and provide crisis intervention using supportive communication techniques. Work a rotating 12-hour night shift from 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., three days weekly, including weekends and holidays. This role supports individuals in recovery within NorthStar's residential units as the agency prepares to move into a new state-of-the-art facility this summer.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Tuberculosis Skin Test
- Influenza (Flu) vaccination within the past year
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift
- Ability to frequently lift or move objects weighing up to 15 lbs
- 3 days a week

Desired Qualifications
- Medical Assistant (MA) certification
- Associate's Degree
