Job Summary
Support youth with behavioral health concerns, including ADHD and Autism, through one-on-one interactions in home, community, and school settings. Provide guidance and counseling techniques to families and school personnel while delivering therapeutic supervision during treatment and educational activities. Manage aggressive behaviors using approved de-escalation and non-restraining techniques. Document behavioral progress notes and collaborate with team members. Requires a high school diploma, experience or volunteering with children, and a compassionate approach. Full-time hourly role with nationwide travel opportunities.
