Job Summary
Support youth with behavioral health concerns by working one-on-one with children diagnosed with ADHD and Autism in in-home, community, and school settings. Provide guidance and counseling techniques to families and school personnel while delivering therapeutic supervision during treatment and educational activities. Assist in managing aggressive behaviors using de-escalation and behavior management techniques approved by the clinical team. Document behavioral progress notes and collaborate with team members to ensure consistent care.
