Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans while recording session data accurately. Foster a positive learning environment for children with Autism and connect with their families. Services are delivered in clients' homes or community-based locations, with all positions starting part-time and requiring a 6-month commitment. RBT certification is mandatory before working, though paid training is provided for those without prior experience. Candidates must demonstrate patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in education or early childhood development
- Experience in childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
- Experience as a teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide

- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
- Experience in healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
- Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
