Job Summary
Facilitate groups within the IOP, maintain a professional environment, and collect homework while actively engaging clients through clinical interactions and developing skills. Monitor daily activities, implement treatment plans, and document progress notes, outcome measures, and general notes accurately. Master de-escalation techniques, crisis management, and behavior management to ensure client safety, while properly managing controlled use keys, red cart items, and food exposure inventory. Notify therapists promptly of behavioral, safety, or attendance issues and run exposures via telehealth when appropriate. Reduce early discharges and maintain high facility audit scores through consistent adherence to company policies and values.
Required Qualifications
- Evening Hours
- In-Person, Monday to Friday from 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Some college or experience in a related field
- Ability to think critically
- Willingness to work as a team to meet the needs of the business
- Proficient knowledge of computers, including google doc, sheets and other computer software
- Accurate and efficient electronic data entry
- Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance
- Organized, detail-oriented, takes initiative, and completes job responsibilities independently
- Multitask, problem-solve, interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in a changing work environment including inside, outside, and a noise level
- Physical demands of the job will include sitting at desk or table for extended periods, bending, lifting, and walking
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor�s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- OCD, anxiety, trauma experience
- Spanish preferred
