Job Summary
Facilitate exposure groups, DBT groups, and specialty skills sessions while actively engaging clients in clinical interventions and developing therapeutic skills. Monitor daily client activities, implement treatment plans, and maintain high standards of care through warm, safe interactions that validate clients and reduce distress. Collect homework, document progress notes and group therapy records, and promptly notify therapists of safety or behavioral concerns. Master de-escalation techniques, crisis management, and controlled substance protocols to ensure a secure environment. Collaborate with supervisors to ensure treatment fidelity, maintain documentation accuracy, and support team engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Evening Hours
- In-Person, Monday to Friday from 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Some college or experience in a related field
- Ability to think critically
- Willingness to work as a team to meet the needs of the business
- Proficient knowledge of computers, including google doc, sheets and other computer software
- Accurate and efficient electronic data entry
- Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance
- Organized, detail-oriented, takes initiative, and completes job responsibilities independently
- Multitask, problem-solve, interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in a changing work environment including inside, outside, and a noise level
- Physical demands of the job will include sitting at desk or table for extended periods, bending, lifting, and walking
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor�s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- OCD, anxiety, trauma experience
- Spanish proficiency preferred
