Job Summary
Build positive mentoring relationships with older male adolescents while coaching independent-living skills like cooking, budgeting, and transportation. Provide active supervision, prompting, and redirection to help youth turn therapeutic goals into everyday adult routines. Facilitate skill-building activities alongside participants and respectfully set limits to maintain safety and structure. Monitor and document behavior, progress, and significant events, then communicate observations with clinical team members. Transport youth to approved appointments and community outings using the company vehicle. This active role fits candidates comfortable with challenging behaviors who can model responsibility and emotional steadiness.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass an FBI background check
