Job Summary
Provide supervision and support to clients in daily activities and recovery, monitor client safety at all times, assist with daily living activities and routines, facilitate groups and recreational activities, document client behaviors and interactions, support clinical staff in implementing treatment plans, conduct room checks and enforce facility rules, provide transportation for clients as needed, respond to crisis situations, and maintain a clean, organized environment; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, with strong interpersonal and observational skills to support a therapeutic environment.
