Job Summary
Process admissions, review client rights, check belongings, and conduct urine analyses for incoming clients. Provide daily client care by managing a caseload, administering medications, and charting interactions with at least one note per shift. Complete communication logs, conduct thorough 30-minute shift reports, and ensure every client receives a discharge summary before leaving with all belongings and medications. Maintain a safe, secure, clean environment by turning down and preparing rooms for incoming clients. Intervene in AODA/Mental Health crisis situations, transport clients to appointments or events, and drive to pick up medications using the company vehicle. Work the overnight shift with less than 10% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in health/social services
- 2 plus years of paid experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Good written and oral presentation skills
- Knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel programs
- Must be able to lift 15-20lbs
