Job Summary
Provide a safe, secure environment for clients in residential settings by conducting screenings, assessments, treatment planning, and crisis management. Deliver direct support through independent living skills training, personal assistance, rehabilitation, and vocational development. Oversee medication processes and submit clinical documentation while coordinating care across multiple sites. This hiring event covers Clinician Technician and Peer Support Specialist roles at locations including Ranchwood, Colter, Amelia, Fillmore, Turney, Dobson, Eastridge, and additional on-call coverage. Full-time and part-time shifts are available across the Valley.
Required Qualifications
- GED/High school diploma
- minimum of 1.5 years of behavioral health experience
- An associates degree in the field of medical or behavioral
- A bachelor's degree (not in the field of behavioral health) and 1 year of behavioral health experience
- A bachelor's degree in the field of behavioral
- A master's degree or higher in the field of behavioral health
- Microsoft Word
- Excel
- Outlook
- electronic medical record
- NextGen
- Valid AZ Driver License
- 21 years of age
- minimum 4 years driving experience
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment
- Must pass typing test with a minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
- Must pass background check
- Must pass TB test
- Must pass other pre-employment screening
Desired Qualifications
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, electronic medical record, NextGen preferred
- Basic understanding of the DSM-V preferred
- Certified Case Manager
