Job Summary
Implement individualized ABA strategies for groups of three children ages 3-6 to build social, emotional, and behavioral competencies. Collect data, complete daily progress reports, and contribute to treatment and crisis plans. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and clinical directors while engaging families in community activities and skill transfer. Transport children and families when appropriate using strength-based approaches. Maintain clinical documentation, adhere to agency policies, and participate in required supervision and training. Possess a BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT certification, a valid driver's license, and Pennsylvania state police background check.
Required Qualifications
- Have a certification as a BCaBA.
- Have a certification as an RBT.
- Have a certification as a BCAT.
- Have a behavior analysis certification from an organization that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute.
- Have a high school diploma or the equivalent of a high school diploma and have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT Task List as evidenced by a certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a BCBA or BCaBA.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in providing ABA services and a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA approved by the Department or provided by a continuing education provider approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Ability to carry out appropriate restraints to prevent clients from harming themselves or others.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. at times with or without assistance.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.

- Act 114 Department of Human Services FBI Fingerprints.
- Act 33 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History.
