Job Summary
Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, and record psychiatric rating scales while addressing patient discomfort. Deliver empathetic care, maintain accurate EHR records, and manage patient scheduling, check-in/out, and financial procedures. Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7am-7pm with consistent availability required. Requires High School Diploma or Associate's Degree, substantial patient-facing experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems. Basic Life Support certification provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field
- at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience
- High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification
- substantial relevant work experience preferably in patient or customer facing roles
- Stable and consistent work history
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- AdvancedMD

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to travel between centers
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
