Job Summary
Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines while monitoring patient responses and recording psychiatric rating scales. Deliver empathetic care, maintain accurate EHR records, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures. Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed. Work full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7am-7pm with consistent availability required. Located on-site in the Fairfax clinic, with preferred backup coverage in regional centers.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
- Availability to provide back up coverage in other regional centers as needed is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field
- at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience
- High School Diploma, an Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification
- significant relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- AdvancedMD

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
