Job Summary
Behavioral Health Technician (Full-Time PM) supports residential and inpatient milieus by facilitating therapeutic activity groups, helping clients acquire skills to manage eating disorders, maintaining a recovery-oriented environment, and providing general support. Schedule is 2p-10:30p on a 32-hour week with rotating weekends/holidays. Responsibilities include partnering with the multidisciplinary team on care plans, assisting admissions, supporting programming, participating in therapeutic meals and snacks, documenting observations in charts, monitoring bathroom use, enforcing policies, and performing hourly room checks. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; healthcare experience or a higher degree is preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive are required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree or higher or healthcare experience in a related field preferred
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, behavioral health, or related field; relevant certification or licensure preferred
- Must have valid driver’s license and be authorized to drive
- Previous direct mental health experience preferred
